CertainTeed Sure Start Plus 50-year manufacture warranty 

Do the Solar panels void the CertainTeed Surestart 50-year manufacturer warranty? 

No, the warranty will not be affected. 

How long is the roof installation process? 

The average Roof Job is 1-2 days. Typically 1 day install.  

Do I ( the homeowner ) need to be home on the day of installation? 

No, we will not need to access the interior therefore the homeowner will not need to be present. If the property has a gate to access the backyard, we ask to keep it unlocked day of production so our team of professionals can access the backyard. 

Do I need to have a clear driveway? 

Yes, our team of specialists will need a clear driveway to park the dumpster and have an assigned safety area. 

When Getting a New Roof, Does that mean replacing all of the decking? 

NO. Our team of professionals will replace any and all rotted decking to assure no rotted areas as well as a nailable surface for our shingles to properly secure. A full roof replacement is not considered for both shingles and decking. 

If getting a partial roof replacement, will the shingle color match? 

Our team of professionals will match the color with the best available option. 

Do we offer Class 4 Shingles? 

Yes, upon request. 

What is our coverage area for roofing? 

Our team of professionals installs anywhere in the State of Texas. 

How long does it take to get a quote back for a roof replacement? 

A typical roof quote takes 25-35 minutes. High volume can affect this turn around time.
