Today, I’m a Market Manager and Partner with Cool Roofs in San Antonio, where I focus on helping homeowners protect their property while also developing sales professionals into confident, disciplined leaders.
I specialize in roof inspections, storm damage assessments, insurance-related roofing guidance, repairs, and full roof replacements. Most homeowners don’t fully understand what roof damage looks like, what their insurance may cover, or who they can genuinely trust during the process. I take pride in being the person who provides honest answers, clear communication, and guidance people can rely on.
I don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics. I believe in education, transparency, and doing things the right way. My goal is for every homeowner to feel informed and confident in their decision — whether they choose to move forward or not.
I’ve also developed systems like our Homeowners Protection Plan to help people stay ahead of roofing problems instead of reacting after costly damage occurs. To me, long-term relationships and trust matter far more than quick transactions.
Beyond roofing, I’m passionate about building people. I enjoy helping others grow in sales, leadership, discipline, and personal development. I believe anyone can change their life when they have the right structure, accountability, and environment around them.
